Medium body, with maple syrup aroma. Slightly nutty with fine acidity and a bright finish. Hints of brown sugar and cinnamon, with notes of buttery caramel. A smooth and great tasting coffee across the temperature spectrum.
This has been a hugely popular bean in the specialty coffee market and its not likely we'll see this available again until next harvest. We can't wait to get it back in stock.
